Data protection declaration
This data protection declaration informs users about the type, extent and purposes of the collection and use of personal data by the provider responsible
Muehlberger Straße 12
99869 Drei Gleichen OT Wandersleben
Telephone: +49 (0)36202/82375
on this web space (hereinafter referred to as “website”).
The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz - TMG).
Access data / Server log files
The provider (or their web space provider) collects data about each access on the website (known as server log files). The access data includes:
Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, volume of data transmitted, report about successful access, browser type together with version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previous site visited), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider only uses the protocol data for statistical analysis for the purpose of the operation, security and optimisation of the website. However the provider reserves the right to subsequently examine the protocol data if, due to specific grounds, there is the justified suspicion of illegal use.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information which helps make a person identifiable, so it is information which can be used to trace back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. However, data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites have been viewed by someone also count as personal data. Personal data is only collected, used or passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law or the user agrees to the collection of data.
When making contact with the provider (for example via the contact form or email) the user’s information is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case follow-up questions arise.
Integration of services and content of third parties
It can be the case that within this online website there is integrated content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, map data from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") are aware of the IP addresses of the users. This is because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. Therefore the IP address is required in order to display this content. We try to only use content where the respective third party provider only uses the IP address for the transmission of content. However we are not able to exert any influence if the third party provider stores the IP address, for example, for statistical purposes. Provided we are aware of this, we will inform the user.
This website uses Piwik, an open-source software for the statistical analysis of user access. Piwik uses “cookies”, which are text files saved on the user’s computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website by the user. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is stored on the provider’s server in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and prior to its storage. Users can prevent the installation of the cookie by setting their browser software accordingly; however the provider points out to the user that in this case they may not be able to use all functions of this website in full.
